General Description

The StarRFT500 is a highly integrated CMOS RF tuner IC for T-DMB(Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting), T-MMB (Terrestrial Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting) and DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting). It integrates a variable gain LNA, an image rejection mixer, a channel selection filter, IF variable gain amplifiers, a fractional-N frequency synthesizer, a low noise VCO, a loop filter, automatic gain control circuitry etc. TheStarRFT500 uses 1.2V and 2.5V power supply for core and I/O exhibiting ultra low power consumption below 55mW. It uses an industrial standard I2C as the serial bus interface. Packaging in small 4mm x 4mm 24LD QFN, theStarRFT500 is the best solution for portable application like Mobile-TV hone, PMP(Potable Multimedia Player) and PND(Portable Navigtaion Devices) etc.
