General Description

T3300 is a true silicon SoC merged radio with baseband aimed at TDMB on CMOS technology. It operates in Band-III (170 ~ 250MHz) and L-Band(1452~1492MHz) supporting T-DMB and DAB in South of Korea, China and Europe. T3300 is the smallest receiver SoC optimized for mobile-TV such as slim mobile-TV phone. It is also compatible to the leading multimedia processor including QUALCOMM s advanced CDMA modem. T3300 is optimized with minimal external component which ensures that production costs are minimized and free from area limitation. Radio part integrates all functional block and eliminates an external LNA and PiN diode. Baseband part integrates high performance ADC and SRAM. Since a few resistors and capacitors are just all to make a complete receiver, T3300 is the perfect choice for the smallest size and low cost application. T3300 is ideal for battery-saving system by satisfying lowest power consumption. It also supports several power save modes for dynamic power management.
